Hello, my name is Kelly Florio, and I'm the owner of Florio Insurance Services. I started working in my father's insurance agency back in 2004. He recently retired, but the 19 years I spent working with him were invaluable. 

In that time, I not only learned about the industry, but I also watched him grow a very successful business. Time and time again, I watched my father go above and beyond for his clients. I opened this agency with the goal of providing the same excellent service and care.  

Over the years, I've seen how often things can change in the insurance industry - prices increasing, coverage becoming unavailable, etc. I've also seen how difficult those changes can be for people. I want to help clients navigate those tough times with ease. I chose to open an independent agency, because it allows me to give people options, and options are really important in this ever-changing market.  It gives us an opportunity to find the coverage that best suits a person's unique needs so they're properly protected.
